2023-24 Executive Leadership Program* (12 months)
Commencing again in June 2023, our ECA Executive Leadership Program continues to provide executive-level leaders with knowledge and skills to transform their organisation, systems and sectors. The Executive Leadership Program offers an immersive, high-impact leadership development experience in North Queensland and Brisbane.
2023-24 Leadership Impact Program* (10 months)
Commencing again in June 2023, the Leadership Impact Program is designed for people engaged with strategic or public-purpose leadership. Program participants build skills to strategically influence and lead teams with the explicit aim of improving the overall performance of those teams and their organisations.
2023 Foundations for Leadership Program (8 weeks)
This intensive short program provides the foundation for your development as a leader of positive change in your team, organisation or community. This program is best placed for people in the first five years of leadership. Programs are scheduled for Brisbane, Townsville and Toowoomba in 2023.
Senior Leadership Program* (self-paced 12-24 months)
The Senior Leadership Program is designed for mid-career professionals with management experience preparing to take on enhanced leadership responsibilities. Delivered entirely online, the program is designed to fit into your schedule. With a mix of self-paced online modules, virtual tutorials and mentoring sessions, you will learn to maximise your impact and drive organisational success across multiple teams and functions.
