We invest in regions and regional programs.  Sustainability of our offerings is managed by re-investing reserve funds in the programs and the regions in which they are delivered.  This reinvestment in guided by our reinvestment of earnings policy.

Archersfield Consulting and Management (ACM) are a dedicated community and public sector (public leadership) consultancy working to build the capability of public leadership and to optimise outcomes and improve efficiencies of client organisations.

Our focus is transformation.  We:

  • help clients set direction and solve problems
  • deliver change through transformation processes ad resources
  • build capability and capacity of people and organisations

We are the founders of the Executive Challenge Academy programs which have been bringing Queensland leaders together since 2009.  During that time, hundreds of leaders have come together to build bridges of understanding across sectors, geographies, professions, and cultural and ethnic differences.  The program has given birth to new cross sector programs and projects, created shared understanding of key community issues, and fostered new collegial ties leading to better decision making.

The impact of this proven program has been significant and the ECA now has regional offerings as well as programs covering early career, emerging leaders, executive leaders and public/social/business sector management master classes.
