Commencing in July 2022, our ECA Executive Leadership Program will continue to provide executive-level leaders with knowledge and skills to transform their organisation systems and sectors. The Executive Leadership Program is an immersive, high-impact leadership development experience offered in North Queensland and Brisbane.
Our programs provide an extensive opportunity for connecting, learning, and growing with senior leaders from various sectors and business groups. Course participants extend their networks and expansively broaden their perspectives, bringing fresh insights and influence on systems and change. The frameworks and techniques brought to life in our programs will enable your leaders to perceive the emerging landscape in new ways that will allow them to be adaptive and responsive to a volatile social, business and policy landscape.
